The Property Broker is responsible for day-to-day placement and broking responsibilities for North American accounts, developing business relationships with markets, and negotiating with underwriters regarding coverage terms, conditions and pricing on new and existing programs. This role involves evaluating quotes, preparing marketing reports, managing pro-forma analysis information and distribution, and assisting regional teams with RFP and new business proposal development. It includes client relationship and strategy at the insurance program level in conjunction with a Producer or Client Advocate, to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. Colleagues in this role will support assigned clients, which may include complex programs, and client-facing responsibilities are an expectation. The role requires coordination with Producers and Client Advocates on Client Property Service Strategy for assigned clients. The colleague may serve as a mentor and Subject Matter Expert. This role is hybrid and requires travel to client locations.
