The Property Broker is responsible for day-to-day placement and broking responsibilities for North American accounts, developing business relationships with markets, and negotiating with underwriters regarding coverage terms, conditions and pricing on new and existing programs. This role involves evaluating quotes, preparing marketing reports, managing pro-forma analysis information and distribution, and assisting regional teams with RFP and new business proposal development. It includes client relationship and strategy at the insurance program level in conjunction with a Producer or Client Advocate to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. This role is a business partnership with client decision makers, supporting assigned clients, often those with complex programs. Client-facing responsibilities are an expectation of the position. The colleague will coordinate with Producers and Client Advocates on Client Property Service Strategy for assigned clients and may serve as a mentor or Subject Matter Expert.
