About The Position

You will be the Property Analyst Sr for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing asset management across multiple off‑site locations, ensuring accountability and compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations. As the Property Analyst Sr you will be responsible for driving asset‑management excellence across our dispersed facilities.

Requirements

Generally has 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Familiar with FAR/DFAR asset‑management requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and AI‑driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
Ability to travel as needed to support sites and activities at the sites.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventories of all assets at off‑site locations.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and enforce accountability controls and reporting mechanisms.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Support audit activities and prepare documentation for compliance reviews.
