About The Position

The Financial Analyst Sr will be responsible for delivering timely financial insight, managing program rhythm, and supporting budgetary decisions for the ATACMS program. The role involves performing the program business rhythm with key stakeholders, developing performance metrics, providing variance analysis, reviewing and validating Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Complete updates, and supporting budget and schedule for contract work, including funding needs and variance analysis. The position also includes preparing quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR) for the program.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in accounting, finance or related area
Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
Experience establishing/managing program cost baselines
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Tableau
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented & structured problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
Active Secret clearance required

Nice To Haves

Defense Industry experience
Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Working knowledge and experience with Oracle, Cobra, and Power BI
