About The Position

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Property Analyst professional to support our Finance and Business Operations organization in Palmdale, CA. In this role, you will perform property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations. You will interact with customers, federal oversight agencies and internal personnel while investigating, analyzing and resolving regulatory compliance issues. You will gain and apply a working knowledge and comprehension of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as well supplements, contracts, Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) for property acquisition, use, and disposition. You will help to ensure compliance of major business systems and processes required to do business with domestic and international entities. Finally, you will develop basis of estimates (where appropriate) during the proposal phase and provide support to the capture teams during program pursuits. The selected candidate should be able to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have knowledge of basic contracting agreements and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or business related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance
  • Experience and comprehension of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, collaborate effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • US Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in self-service tools (Tableau Prep, Alteryx, Knime, etc)
  • Experience in working with SAP.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic contracting agreements
