About The Position

Rising Realty Partners is hiring a Property Administrator in Century City, California. This role offers a great opportunity to begin a career in property management within a professional and fun, non-corporate environment with growth potential. The Property Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building. The position reports directly to the Property Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortability using AI
  • Proficient in Yardi, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, Chrome
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting and finance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Adaptable with ability to change priorities on short-notice
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Willingness for expansion of duties over time
  • Team player attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage Certificate of Insurance (Tenant & Vendor)
  • Handle Tenant Relations, Customer Service, and Requests
  • Manage front desk operations
  • Assist with monthly tenant rent statements, aged receivable management, and collection efforts
  • Process weekly accounts payable, including scanning, organizing invoices, and confirming correct budget coding
  • Manage building access requests and new tenant access badges
  • Track and manage work orders
  • Coordinate events and seasonal decorations
  • Draft and distribute tenant correspondence
  • Assist in drafting accruals
  • Assist in drafting monthly reporting
  • Assist in compiling documentation for funding requests
  • Draft vendor service contracts
  • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Assist in vendor management
  • Manage file organization
  • Handle phone calls and assist Property Manager in response and resolution
  • Coordinate lease administration
  • Provide assistance in all other areas as requested by Property Manager
