Our work depends on Property Administrator Senior joining our team to support our government client’s activities in their locations. As a Property Administrator Senior manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. Property Administrator Senior is responsible for the management and oversite of contract property team, customer support, operations and administration to meet program and government requirements. Daily activities include and are not limited to, performing a mixture of customer and vendor relationship management, financial & data analysis, supply chain management, spare equipment management, supporting contract deliverables, procurement, finance, and property management functions for the program.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and other tools
  • understanding of computer systems, voice/video systems, and network infrastructure.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • US Citizenship Required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

  • Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations
  • Supports the clients’ logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
  • Completes inventory management tasks for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assigned equipment
  • Update tracking/management database with asset information
  • Move equipment between facilities via pallet jack or pushcart
  • Maintain consumable stock levels - complete equipment reorders as required
  • Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times
  • Provides hands-on logistics analyst and technician support within a team of logistics professionals satisfying mission operations at the customer’s largest enterprise site.
  • Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance
  • Responsible for annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition
  • Manage on-site logistics and resource deployment, including hands on coordination of equipment handling with physical capability to lift, carry, and load materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Conduct regular site inspection and operational assessment requiring mobility throughout work areas, including standing, walking, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling to evaluate.
  • Must be able to access IT equipment in and around office furniture, as part of annual inventory is required.
  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
