Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-cycle and property management accounting experience.
- A "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A CPA designation (or the drive to finish one).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager (it’s a big plus!).
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of financial reporting packages, variance commentary, and annual operating cost recoveries.
- Identify trends and help management understand the story behind the numbers.
- Be a key player during budget season and year-end audits.
