AGRILAND FS is seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional to join its energy team. The Propane Delivery Specialist safely delivers propane and provides service to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers throughout the local area. The role supports energy operations, builds customer relationships, and contributes to team success.

Requirements

• Prefer a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements; the company can assist candidates who have the ability to obtain the license.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good math and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting propane products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Process customer payments and assist with credit-related activities as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily energy operations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, productive work environment and achieve operational goals.
• Assist with inventory management and help maintain a safe, organized facility.
