About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional truck driver to deliver and sell propane to local agricultural, residential, and commercial accounts. The role involves safely delivering propane, marketing to customers and prospects, collecting payments, supporting customer service and energy operations, and working with the facility team on inventory, safety, and company goals. Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment testing and a background check. AGRILAND FS is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Preferably hold a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements; the company can assist candidates who have the ability to obtain the license.
• Have a strong work ethic.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Have outstanding communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Have strong mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Pass all pre-employment testing and a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to customers.
• Communicate regularly with customers and prospects to market propane.
• Collect payments and administer credit.
• Assist with customer service and energy operations.
• Collaborate with the facility team to build unity and accomplish company goals.
• Assist with inventory control and team safety.
