About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking an organized, customer-focused professional truck driver to deliver and sell propane to local agriculture, home, and commercial accounts. The role includes safe propane delivery, customer communication and sales, payment collection and credit administration, and support for customer service and energy operations. The specialist works with the facility team to support company goals, inventory control, and team safety.

Requirements

• Preferably hold a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements; the company can assist candidates who are able to obtain the license.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good math and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to customers.
• Communicate regularly with customers and prospects to market propane.
• Collect payments and administer credit.
• Assist with customer service and energy operations.
• Collaborate with the facility team to build unity and accomplish company goals.
• Assist with inventory control and team safety.
