By carefully reviewing details and catching issues before they reach the customer, the Proofreader helps create a smooth experience, build trust in our brand, and ensure our final products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Catching mistakes and quality issues before customers see them
• Ensuring jobs do not go to print with errors
• Providing workable solutions to grammar problems
• Checking copy for grammar errors
• Verifying proof information against details provided by the customer
• Ensuring marketing rules are followed
• Ensuring designs are technically correct (e.g., mailing space, indicia)
