This position will be hybrid based out of our Tallahassee Office at 1700 Capital Cir SW. Tallahassee FL 32310 Your Impact As a Supplement Proofreader I, you will help ensure legislative and legal content is accurate, consistent, and ready for publication in both online and print formats. In this role, you will proofread editors’ work, support the accurate incorporation of legislative material into unified documents, and help maintain the quality and integrity of content relied on by municipal clients. You’ll play an important part in a collaborative, deadline-driven team that values precision, consistency, and accountability.

Requirements

Proficient computer and communication skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to learn new technical subject matter quickly.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Experience with Microsoft Word required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
