About The Position

We are looking for a Promotions Associate to join our Marketing team. This is a cross-functional role with ownership across Betr Picks, Betr Social Sportsbook (SSBK), Betr Social Casino, and Betr Arcade. You’ll be hands-on in building, segmenting, and launching promotions and CRM communications—including email, in-app notifications, and push notifications—across all Betr products. This role is essential in executing promotions end-to-end—from ideation and delivery to fulfillment and reporting. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign operations including building emails, proofreading, testing, tracking performance, and reporting insights to Retention and Marketing leadership. While this role is Miami-preferred, we are open to candidates from all locations and are focused on finding the best overall fit for the position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Willingness to work weekend mornings during peak seasons.
  • Strong communication, proofreading, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across multiple products simultaneously.
  • High energy and eagerness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for or knowledge of sports betting, fantasy sports, or online casino products.
  • Familiarity with the distinctions between pick’em, sportsbook, and casino promotional mechanics.
  • Experience with Braze and Power BI.
  • Graphic design skills or experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, segment, and launch promotions across Picks, SBK, Arcade and Casino—ensuring the right offer reaches the right user at the right time.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Trading, Design, Analytics, Media, Customer Operations) to ensure all promotions and bonuses are fulfilled accurately and on time across all products.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Daily Promotions Calendar to ensure full visibility across verticals, products, and segments.
  • Serve as the go-to liaison for the Customer Ops Team, helping resolve user queries related to promotions across all products
  • Create, segment, proofread, and launch CRM campaigns (email, push, and in-app notifications) for each product line.
  • Write clear, compelling marketing copy for CRM campaigns tailored to each product’s user base and promotional mechanics.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure promotions are accompanied by visually engaging, brand-compliant graphics.
  • Run A/B and multivariant tests to optimize promotions and CRM campaigns across all verticals.
  • Track and analyze promotions and CRM performance by product, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership.
