About The Position

The Promotional Specialist represents Bacardi at events throughout the designated market, engaging consumers and building brand affinity with key influencers. This part-time opportunity supports the growth and popularity of a well-known beverage brand in select markets. The role involves interactive consumer activations at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and other special events, as well as distributing promotional materials and assisting with event setup and breakdown.

The Promotional Specialist works with a designated Regional Manager, who assigns events, provides training, and receives event results and feedback. The hourly rate is $30; the applicable rate may vary by market, location, and program requirements and will be confirmed during the hiring process.

• Previous experience working marketing events, as a Brand Ambassador, or as a Promo Model.

Responsibilities

• Execute themed, interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and other special events as needed.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager, who assigns events, provides training, and reviews results.
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activations.
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, collateral, and products provided.
• Share best practices and trends with the Regional Manager through recaps and event photos.
• Build brand awareness and help increase client members.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown of promotional assets.
