About The Position

TEAM is seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent a well-known beverage brand at events throughout the designated market. The role engages consumers and builds brand affinity with key influencers, helping grow the brand’s popularity in select markets. Events may take place at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and other special events as needed. The hourly rate is $30; rates may vary based on market, location, and program requirements, and the applicable rate will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working marketing events, as a Brand Ambassador, or as a Promo Model.

Responsibilities

• Execute interactive themed events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and other special events as needed.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager, who assigns events, provides training, and receives results.
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activations.
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, collateral, and products provided.
• Share best practices and trends with the Regional Manager through recaps and event photos.
• Build brand awareness and help increase client members.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of promotional assets.
