About The Position

The Project/Warehouse Manager will be on-site for the duration of the contract. In the performance of these duties, the manager shall possess the basic knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and be responsible for the successful completion of the work and shall be qualified to be the Contractor’s on-site POC for Government representatives. This position is pending a contract award, and applications are being accepted for a future and anticipated need.

Requirements

Three (3) years of experience using WMS or equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years.
Must pass pre-employment requirements of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

Provide overall supervision for Contractor employees, to include, but not limited to planning and managing the contract professionally.
Ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources.
Ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided.
Effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of the labor-hours services ordered.
Ensure cost savings factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as scheduled at a fair and reasonable cost.
Adjust staffing employee work schedules to meet customer requirements and minimize the use of overtime.
