As a Project Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth delivery of IT projects across our client base. Working closely with our Opportunity Managers, Project Managers and Quality Manager, you will ensure that internal and client requests are processed efficiently, project data remains accurate and up to date, and stakeholders receive clear, timely updates. You will also help spot and correct errors, ensuring our team delivers projects with the highest level of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You must be proficient in Excel and Word and comfortable handling written and verbal communications with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in project support, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail – ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to provide clear updates and manage expectations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and conflicting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word – comfortable working with data, reports, and documentation.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project requests through our ticketing system and dashboard, ensuring all tasks are addressed promptly.
  • Track and update project progress, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing details that could impact project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding task status and expected completion times.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project support, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring internal teams and clients are kept informed of progress.
  • Manage conflicting priorities, ensuring urgent tasks are addressed while maintaining overall workflow.
  • Generate and distribute project status reports for both internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and update project documentation to ensure process consistency and compliance.
  • Utilize Excel and Word to create reports, track data, and ensure accuracy in project records.
  • Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure adherence to best practices and process guidelines.
  • Help improve project efficiency by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient IT projects.
