About The Position

Center Park Group, a home-building company operating in the Southeast, is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee communities in the Greenville area. The role manages residential construction projects from job-site coordination and scheduling through quality assurance, homeowner communication, post-closing follow-up, and warranty claim completion. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of experience in the residential construction industry.
• Flexibility to accept reasonable temporary or permanent relocation assignments as a component of the role.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage job sites and the community daily.
• Schedule and oversee municipal inspections.
• Use centralized scheduling tools to progress projects through the build schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to verify work is completed in a timely manner and adheres to the scope of work.
• Perform internal inspections as part of the company's Quality Assurance Process.
• Maintain a safe working environment at every job site that complies with state and federal governing agencies.
• Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners throughout construction to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform timely post-closing follow-ups and manage completion of warranty claims.
