About The Position
Pizza Hut is seeking a field-focused Operations Advisor dedicated to four-wall restaurant operational excellence. The role focuses on in-restaurant processes, procedures, and execution fundamentals that support great guest experiences and franchisee profitability. The Operations Advisor improves operational performance across assigned franchise organizations and restaurants within a defined market, partnering with franchisees, restaurant and above-restaurant leadership teams, and internal partners. The role also works closely with the Franchise Operations Partner (FOP) to support franchisee relationships and business priorities in a designated U.S. region. The Operations Advisor must be located within Greenville, South Carolina, and travel is required approximately 70%, primarily within the assigned market.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on restaurant operations experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, food and beverage, or a similar industry.
- Demonstrated experience operating restaurants and leading restaurant teams across multiple roles and levels, such as General Manager, Area Coach, Multi-Unit Leader, or Director, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of four-wall restaurant operations, including food execution, labor, service, cleanliness, safety, and shift-level accountability.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop restaurant leaders through direct engagement and field presence.
- Strong root-cause problem-solving skills and the ability to translate insights into practical, executable action plans.
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships with franchisees and operations leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must live within the supported market to enable frequent restaurant presence and rapid response.
- Must be located within Greenville, South Carolina.
- Approximately 70% travel is required, primarily within the assigned market.

Responsibilities
- Partner with franchisees and restaurant leadership teams as a four-wall restaurant operations expert to improve in-restaurant execution, consistency, and performance.
- Coach restaurant leaders and above-restaurant teams on processes, procedures, and execution fundamentals to improve key operational metrics.
- Provide hands-on, in-restaurant coaching focused on food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and team execution.
- Lead or support workshops, bootcamps, and in-restaurant training sessions to build restaurant-level operational capability and accountability.
- Uphold Pizza Hut brand standards by identifying execution gaps, advising on corrective actions, and reinforcing proven operational practices.
- Conduct operational performance diagnostics to identify root causes of underperformance within restaurants.
- Develop actionable improvement plans with franchisees and restaurant leaders, and collaborate with the FOP on follow-up and sustained execution.
- Support new initiative rollouts by building franchisee buy-in, assisting with training, and providing on-the-ground implementation support.
- Build trusted relationships with restaurant managers, above-restaurant leaders, and franchise leadership to encourage sharing of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Deploy based on FOP business planning to support critical initiatives and underperforming restaurants with targeted, hands-on operational support.
