About The Position

Center Park Group is a home-building company operating in the Southeast, with a team that has more than 40 years of combined home-building experience. The company describes itself as providing the resources of a large home-building operation while maintaining the values and character of a small, family-type business.

The Project Superintendent will oversee communities in the Greenville area and manage residential construction projects from site preparation through post-closing follow-up. The employee may be required to relocate to another geographic location, temporarily or permanently, based on business needs. Relocation assistance or related benefits, if provided, will be governed by company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1–2 years of experience in the residential construction industry.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or a related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Manage job sites and the community daily.
• Schedule and oversee municipal inspections.
• Use centralized scheduling tools to progress projects through the build schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work is completed on time and adheres to the scope of work.
• Perform internal inspections as part of the company's Quality Assurance Process.
• Maintain a safe working environment at every job site in compliance with applicable state and federal requirements.
• Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners throughout construction to support customer satisfaction.
• Follow up promptly on homes after closing and manage completion of warranty claims.
