Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 6 months related experience, including ERP/MRP systems or equivalent of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, environmental and/or other manufacturing processes.
  • High level of attention to detail and thorough completion of work tasks.
  • Ability to actively listen to instructions and possess effective time management skills.
  • Ability understand and follow standard operating and safety procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle workflow.
  • Read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of project management processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations and bid packages.
  • Coordinate business development projects from initiation through completion.
  • Maintain and update ERP systems with customer, prospect and/or project information.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables and milestones.
  • Organize meetings and document action items.
  • Perform assigned project tasks across various functional departments and/or areas of the facility.
  • Ensure project tasks and deliverables are met.
  • Assist in the identification of project risks and issues.
  • Ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • May service as point of contact for customers, prospects and strategic partners.
  • May create project documentation and ensure project documents are archived and maintained.
  • May develop and monitor project plans and timelines.
  • May track and report out on project objectives, performance and status.
  • Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.
