About The Position

We are seeking a strong, customer-focused Project Scheduler to schedule bathroom remodeling projects. This role is critical to ensuring jobs move from procurement to execution with complete, accurate information and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally disciplined, and confident working in a collaborative environment with production-focused departments. This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate with customers, understand bathroom remodeling at a high-level, work with other members of production to identify members of the installation team to successfully deliver the customers intent and expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, construction support, contract administration, or a related roles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer service, and field or production teams
  • Strong customer communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project readiness, including permits, material procurement, material delivery, etc.
  • Communicate with customers the expectations of the contract and our expectations of the installer team.
  • Coordinate issue resolution across departments to prevent delays, customer confusion, and rework
  • Help create strong communication and accountability between teams
  • Help resolve issues that negatively impact the customer journey
  • Work with Installation Technicians and Installation Foremen to ensure project goals, timelines and customer expectations are being met.
  • Work with the Service Department as needed for timely issue resolution
  • Monitor and ensure project cycle time is within company expectations
  • Communicate directly with customers to confirm requirements, clarify expectations, and resolve open items so that the project can be scheduled
  • Ensure all customer requirements/intent of the project are being met
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and service throughout the project readiness process
  • Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate, including situations where financing may support additional scope
