About The Position

The Project Scheduler owns the development, maintenance, and analysis of construction project schedules for active data center and hyperscale infrastructure programs across West Texas and Oklahoma. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, this role monitors the critical path, flags completion risks, and coordinates schedule inputs and reporting across all contractor and vendor teams — serving as the authoritative source for schedule status from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover. Partnering across project management, engineering, construction, and commissioning, you’ll play a central role in driving execution within a fast-growing, renewable-powered data center platform. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience on data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure construction programs
  • 3–7 years of project scheduling experience on large-scale capital construction projects ($50M+).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6; working knowledge of MS Project and scheduling best practices.
  • Familiarity with Owner-side scheduling oversight, GC/subcontractor schedule review, and schedule specification enforcement.
  • Strong Excel skills; detail-oriented with ability to resolve financial discrepancies independently.
  • Familiarity with three-way matching or automated invoice processing tools.
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, float management, and schedule risk assessment.
  • Experience with phased turnover, commissioning schedules, and MEP systems sequencing in complex facilities.
  • Ability to integrate design, procurement, and construction activity streams into a single baseline schedule.
  • Knowledge of TX and OK permitting, utility interconnection, and regional construction labor market dynamics.

  • AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or Primavera P6 certification (or active pursuit thereof).

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated CPM schedule in Primavera P6 — design, procurement, construction, MEP, and commissioning — updated weekly with field progress and contractor look-aheads.
  • Run weekly critical path and float analysis; identify risks, prepare mitigation narratives, and keep project leadership ahead of schedule threats before they become problems.
  • Process change requests, TIAs, and recovery schedules; maintain the baseline with full documentation and distribute S-curves and milestone reports on cadence.
  • Perform schedule risk assessments including Monte Carlo analysis; produce what-if scenarios for accelerated delivery, phased turnover, and delay mitigation.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all subcontractor and vendor schedule submissions; enforce contract spec requirements and facilitate weekly schedule coordination meetings.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance report packages — earned schedule metrics, milestone status, procurement tracking, and a forward-looking risk register.
  • Maintain the long-lead equipment and procurement log and flag delivery risks threatening the construction sequence.
  • Support EVM inputs, coordinate design and permit milestone tracking, and facilitate lessons-learned sessions at phase gates and project closeout.
