About The Position

Our Client may require the services of a Project Scheduler to support the Transmission Program Management team in executing multiple high voltage transmission projects. The Project Scheduler is responsible for creating, updating and coordinating project schedules utilizing Primavera and supporting a team of Project Managers in the delivery of a project from inception through to close out.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Primavera scheduling software.
  • Experience in creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules.
  • Ability to consult with project managers and technical experts.
  • Skill in developing, implementing, and maintaining a scheduling management system.
  • Capability to coordinate project timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
  • Ability to identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate intervention.
  • Experience in evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.
  • Ability to accommodate updates and changes to project schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule creation, monitoring, updating, and distribution.
  • Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
  • Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
