The Project Scheduler will serve in an on-site role for a multimillion-dollar project, developing a detailed project schedule in Primavera P6. This includes incorporating an intricate work breakdown structure (WBS), task dependencies, technical activities, and understanding/applying milestones for an end-to-end project lifecycle, including baselining and identifying the critical path. The scheduler must utilize proper identification and use of activity constraints and possess the ability to filter the schedule by various components. Collaboration with other compartmentalized schedulers for integration into an overall program schedule will be required. The Project Scheduler will create Cost and Resource Loaded schedules, gather, validate, and incorporate data into the master project schedule, analyze schedule impacts, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate cost and schedule issues. Preparation of scheduling/update analysis reporting, including project indicators, will be provided regularly to project teams. Effective collaboration, teamwork, and strong customer-facing skills are vital for meeting with stakeholders and conducting scheduled reviews. This is a full-time FLSA-exempt position, requiring 40 work hours per week, with the ability to work more if required.
