About The Position

EPMA is supporting an engineering consulting firm in hiring a Project Scheduler to manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex, long-term programs. This role is critical to ensuring project timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned for successful execution across high-impact defense initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, program management, or engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6
• Proven experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Experience working on complex, large-scale projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6
• Perform resource planning and analysis across complex, multi-phase projects
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure milestone alignment
• Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI and SharePoint
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Interface directly with clients on schedule performance and updates
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data integrity
