About The Position

Kokosing is seeking a Project Scheduler to join their team onsite at the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project in the Cincinnati, OH area. This role is crucial for planning and scheduling this major infrastructure initiative. The Project Scheduler will collect and analyze information, generate forecasts and variance reports, and monitor project schedules. They will integrate best practices, interface with various project stakeholders, and ensure schedule updates and reports meet contract specifications. This is a projected multi-year project.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
2+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably in heavy civil and heavy industrial construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in concert with project team, subcontractors, engineers, and customer.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience developing project schedules and performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create baseline schedules for newly awarded contract scopes and maintain the working schedule.
Ensure project schedule updates and reports conform to contract specifications and are prepared for formal submittal to the Owner.
Create and maintain a comprehensive schedule narrative with each formal update.
Prepare all project progress reports, integrating subcontractor look-ahead schedules into the master schedule, and revising logic sequence as required.
Review contractor project schedules for accuracy and logic.
Analyze critical path updates and schedule progress versus field activity.
Evaluate schedule options and communicate schedule status to the Project Manager, client, consultants, and others.
Report schedule status to all stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis.
Facilitate monthly schedule reviews with the Owner.
Assist the Project Team in maintaining, updating, and monitoring the CPM schedule.
Maintain project schedule(s) and alert the project team to potential problem areas.
Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
Generate various reports including: Progress charts, Work intensity curves, Labor-production work rate tables, Time impact analyses, Equipment delivery schedules, Resource-cost loaded schedules, Daily construction activities report schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned.
