This role is primarily responsible for planning and scheduling large/mega projects throughout their entire lifecycle, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The work is performed under minimal supervision. The position requires a strong understanding of Earned Value and Project Productivity, as well as experience with change notice/change order management systems and facilitating related hearings and meetings. The role involves collaborating with clients and teammates to develop construction and contract strategies, assisting in quantity analysis for estimating, and maintaining regular attendance and a high level of performance. Safety and professionalism are paramount.
