The Project Rebound department within the Division of Academic Affairs supports the higher education and successful reintegration of the formerly incarcerated. We believe a university education leads to enhanced self-efficacy, civic engagement, and social and global awareness. It also enlarges the moral imagination and instills skills and habits that assist people in securing gainful employment and living meaningful, responsible lives. By making higher education more accessible and supporting formerly incarcerated students to excel in a course of study, Project Rebound constructs an alternative to the revolving door policy of mass incarceration. CSUF Project Rebound is one of the campus programs within the CSU Project Rebound Consortium. We seek an exceptional individual to join our team as the Project Rebound Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator I). The ideal candidate in this role should have a positive attitude and an active, energetic mind characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to inclusivity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness.
