About The Position

ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project & Purchasing Coordinator to support its commercial landscape construction and operations teams. The role is suited to someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, solving problems, and keeping multiple activities on track. The coordinator works closely with Estimating, Project Management, and Operations to help deliver results for clients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial construction, landscaping, purchasing, estimating, or project administration.
• Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, or procurement processes.
• Familiarity with project management or construction software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Estimating Department by obtaining vendor pricing and organizing bid documents.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including material orders and vendor communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project documentation, including submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout documents.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain Service Partner (subcontractor) relationships for landscape and snow operations.
• Track required compliance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance, W-9s, and other project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations to keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and project records.
• Assist with additional administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.
