This is a position that is responsible for supporting the back-end needs of the Customer Strategy Department globally. Services offered include Parts Kits, Parts Audits, and Customer Inventory Management. Occasional opportunity to travel to customer sites to support Regional Application Engineers with site audit activities. Internal contact with (1) intradepartmental: Inside Sales, Costing, Service Parts Engineering, etc. (2) Inter-departmental: Outside Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Ebara Elliott Turbomachinery Corp (EETC), etc. External contact: Customers, Purchasing, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Associate Plants, Consultants, Engineering Contractors.
