About The Position

As a Project Performance Field Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our capital construction projects ensuring quality, safety, and compliance from the ground up. This is a highly autonomous, field-first role where your expertise directly influences project outcomes. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g. IBEW Journeyman)
  • 5+ years of relevant construction experience
  • Experience working with contractors and field crews
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Own material receipting and inspections across assigned project sites
  • Conduct QA/QC field inspections to verify condition, quantity, and specifications
  • Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances
  • Perform field observations comparing contractor plans to field conditions
  • Partner with contractors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor material delays and risks
  • Complete field documentation and reports
  • Promote a strong safety culture
  • Travel to project sites and work outdoors
