Requirements

Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g. IBEW Journeyman)
5+ years of relevant construction experience
Experience working with contractors and field crews
Strong documentation and communication skills
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

Responsibilities

Own material receipting and inspections across assigned project sites
Conduct QA/QC field inspections to verify condition, quantity, and specifications
Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances
Perform field observations comparing contractor plans to field conditions
Partner with contractors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Monitor material delays and risks
Complete field documentation and reports
Promote a strong safety culture
Travel to project sites and work outdoors
