Requirements

Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to identify, define, seek approval for, implement, monitor and review the performance of a project, or parts thereof.
Demonstrated knowledge of business improvement standards, including the ability to identify and define an issue and recommend a solution.
Demonstrated research skills, including an ability to collate, coordinate, interpret and analyse information, together with the ability to improve or create new policies, strategies and procedures.
Conviction checks in the following areas: crimes of violence, sex related offences, serious drug offences, crimes involving dishonesty, serious traffic offences (If Driver's License is an Essential Requirement)
Identification check
Disciplinary action in previous employment check.

Experience in asset management, construction/engineering, land use planning and/or project management.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Asset Management and Planning team, the occupant will contribute to the growth and sustainability of Tasmania’s community infrastructure portfolio, with a particular focus on social and affordable housing, by assisting in the strategic management of the Homes Tasmania property portfolio and administration of related homeownership products and property sales for new homes.
