About The Position

The Project Manager will manage capital projects in accordance with the organization’s project management policy. This role involves contractor/construction coordination and supervision with an emphasis on safety. The position will organize and drive Asheville’s utility project prioritization with an emphasis on sustainability and support production capacity efforts through the application of automation and robotics. A key aspect of this role is understanding the technical aspects of the production processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in a manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years of capital project management or participation

Nice To Haves

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• PMP or CAPM certification
