About The Position

The Project Manager leads planning and implementation of large, cross-functional initiatives to modernize faculty lifecycle administration and academic appointments. The work includes implementing new software, changing Workday structures and related administrative processes, and coordinating across academic and administrative units. The role also manages implementation of technology and related changes to faculty lifecycle structures, roles, data, workflows, and integrations. This is a fixed-term, full-time position anticipated initially for 12 months, with a possible extension. It is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; Carnegie Mellon will not sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this opportunity.
