Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a related industry (doors, glass, cabinetry, or similar detail-oriented trades)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, precision-based data entry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-driven office environment

Responsibilities

  • Input and verify detailed product specifications and measurements through manufacturer ordering systems
  • Cross-check purchase order acknowledgments against internal records to catch and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accuracy across high volumes of unique, project-specific orders
  • Serve as a main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing updates and gathering project specifications
  • Coordinate communication between customers, architects, and internal staff to keep projects on track
  • Manage timelines and proactively address customer concerns regarding scheduling, changes, or rush requests
  • Work closely with the internal measuring team to ensure timely and accurate site measurements
  • Monitor shipment timelines and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Partner with senior team members to build product knowledge and take on greater ownership of vendor relationships over time
