About The Position

As a Technical Project Manager at CompassMSP, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and client services, to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions while meeting client requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and project timelines. CompassMSP is a rapidly expanding, award-winning technology solutions provider in the booming managed services space. Nice To Haves

5 or more years’ experience in an IT and/or Telecom Project Management Role
Technical experience implementing and supporting IT and/or Telecom Solutions
Preferred system experience using ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.)
Vibrant and willing to contribute to a fun atmosphere

Responsibilities

Ensure projects shine by managing timelines, budgets, and scope to exceed expectations.
Seamlessly handle multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously, ensuring each one gets the attention it deserves.
Coordinate project activities with clients and team leads, fostering collaboration and alignment for desired outcomes.
Initiate projects, manage workflow, and ensure support teams are primed for success, from intake to closure.
Assist in managing client expectations, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the project journey.
From planning to execution, oversee every detail to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
Ensure a smooth handoff to support teams, ensuring clients are set up for ongoing success.
Provide regular updates to CompassMSP management, keeping everyone in the loop on project progress.
