About The Position

The Project Manager is an integral member of the project team, responsible for project management of a variety of engineering projects, leading and directing Project Coordinators and Technicians, and collaborating with Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes. This role involves the day-to-day project management of complex projects related to precast and pre-stressed concrete structures and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/arenas, dormitories, parking garages, and office buildings. The Project Manager will also provide management, guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of Project Coordinators and Technicians, and handle construction administration, including processing submittals and site inspections, to ensure client satisfaction and meet deadlines.

Requirements

B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of experience managing the design of precast/pre-stressed concrete structures and products
Successful mentorship and development of others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Familiarity with design, utilizing various engineering software
Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
Highly organized and self-motivated
Willing and able to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.

Responsibilities
