About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing complex federal projects that support enterprise modernization, civil engineering operations, real property management, data analytics, and mission support initiatives. The Project Manager oversees project execution, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery performance to ensure successful achievement of program objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or related field and 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Minimum 12 years supporting DHS or DoD programs, with 8 years supporting Federal Real Property, infrastructure, facilities, or engineering programs.
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Nice To Haves

PMP Certification preferred.
8 years leading complex federal projects or organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of assigned projects and task orders.
Develop project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and performance metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, financial, analytics, and technology professionals.
Manage project scope, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate customer meetings, project reviews, and status briefings.
Monitor contract performance, resource utilization, and project budgets.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and contractual requirements.
Support transition planning, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
