The Project Manager will coordinate activities across multiple divisions and departments to achieve project objectives. This role involves contributing to consensus decisions among stakeholders and team members, working with minimal supervision to establish project plans, and executing multiple projects, some of which may span different functions or disciplines. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring project metrics, files, and tracking reports, including time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets. They will also be responsible for assessing and analyzing project deliverables to ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met. This role requires identifying and mitigating project-related risks and issues, and may involve creating and delivering project status presentations to management. Additionally, the Project Manager will identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation. This role also involves mentoring others and potentially leading or supervising interns. Knowledge of manufacturing principles is also required.
