About The Position
We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential construction jobs from start to finish and deliver a top-tier customer experience every time. This is a high-impact role where you're in the driver's seat, with endless opportunities to earn extra income by upselling on the job site. Whether it's materials, services, or product upgrades, you earn commission on everything you help grow. Requirements
- Experienced in construction or project management (roofing, siding, gutters, or windows experience a plus)
- A strong communicator and natural leader
- Tech-savvy and highly organized
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a single day
- Holding a valid driver's license, with a strong work ethic and reliability
Responsibilities
- Review project details the evening before each job
- Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners
- Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery
- Oversee progress and keep everything on track
- Communicate regularly with the office team and customers
- Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials
