Requirements

At least four (4) years of recent Project Management experience within the past five (5) years.
Experience managing operations, maintenance, repair, building alterations, and customer service in facilities of 400,000+ sq. ft.
Active Secret Clearance.
PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Act as the Contractor’s authorized representative, managing all operational aspects of the contract.
Exercise independent financial authority for procurement up to 55,000.00 per occurrence.
Oversee facility operations, maintenance, repair activities, and building alterations.
Manage customer relations and ensure service quality aligns with contract requirements.
Accept inspection reports, official documentation, and correspondence for the Contractor.
Maintain on‑site presence at the facility during core hours.
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of building operations across a minimum of 400,000 sq. ft. of occupied space.
