About The Position

PMJOBS.US is seeking Construction Project Managers to lead on-site execution of industrial construction projects across sectors including manufacturing, chemical, power, and heavy industrial facilities. The Project Manager serves as the primary leader responsible for the full lifecycle of construction projects, from preconstruction through execution and closeout. This includes managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining alignment with project schedules and budgets. The role requires strong commercial and contract management capabilities, including managing change orders, cost forecasting, and client communications. The Project Manager acts as the key interface between the client, field teams, and company leadership, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Success in this role depends on strong leadership, the ability to manage complex field operations, and a deep understanding of industrial construction practices and safety requirements.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects
• Experience with self-perform construction and field-based project delivery
• Strong knowledge of contracts, change management, and cost control
• Experience managing projects ranging from $25M to $100M+
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and industrial safety practices
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-site across the Southeast

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
