Senior Project Manager, Industrial Construction
About The Position
JLL is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial real estate projects and deliver project management services for clients. The role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager ensures projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations, provides leadership to project teams, and builds client relationships by understanding their goals. The position is on-site in Houston, Texas. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- At least 7 years of project management experience in the industrial real estate industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation.
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
