Senior Project Manager, Industrial Construction
About The Position
JLL is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial real estate projects and deliver exceptional project management services for clients. The role oversees projects from planning through execution, including budgeting and scheduling, while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and guidance to project teams, builds relationships with clients to understand their objectives, and champions JLL’s collaborative, inclusive culture. The position is on-site in Houston, Texas. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- At least 7 years of project management experience in the industrial real estate industry.
- Proven track record managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, industrial, research and development, and critical infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation.
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
