About The Position

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the performance of work and oversight of all contract matters relating to daily operations of this contract. The PM ensures oversight of all work requirements to ensure professional and quality services are provided to the Customer in accordance with PWS requirements, while maintaining safety as the highest priority. The PM will have full authority to act for the Company on all contract matters relating to the contract and be the central point of contact with the Government for the performance of all work under this contract. The PM will be available within 1 hour to meet on the installation with Government personnel as required. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee port operations, facilities support, utility management, electrical, transportation and other areas as designated within the PWS / SOW. Oversight will include but not be limited to scheduling of personnel / work supervision/ quality control; equipment maintenance and repair and other duties assigned by program leadership to meet PWS and company requirements and standards. Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs. Recommend, develop, implement, and enforce procedures/programs to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness to the program. Ensuring adherence to company policies and government regulations. Designated POC in direct oversight and subcontractor management.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in managing a workforce, providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
  • Most of the 5 years should be as the highest-level P&L responsible manager/Director leading a team of 600-1,000 employees
  • Scope is a multi-function BOS contract, which includes facility management, engineering, vehicle maintenance, and mission -support functions
  • Scale includes a contract that varies from $120M to $175M per year of revenue, including significant project work beyond the daily core activities
  • Experience directing a unionized workforce is required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous supervisory experience in an OCONUS environment
  • Valid US or local driver's license and US passport.
  • Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance.
  • US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to successfully pass USINDOPACOM medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.
  • Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).

  • Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting contract responsibilities in an OCONUS environment.
  • Relevant overseas experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with respect to metrics and process improvement.
