Requirements

5+ years of proven Project Management experience in luxury home building and high-end renovation (historic restoration experience a major plus)
Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, and premium materials
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset
