About The Position
Safe, reliable drinking water depends on well-run capital work. As Project Manager, you’ll lead infrastructure projects that protect service for our communities and keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in capital project management within utility infrastructure, municipal construction, engineering support, public works, or water utility operations
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making in an onsite environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and directly related experience that the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the essential functions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver utility infrastructure and municipal construction projects from scope through closeout
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; track progress, risks, and change orders
- Support engineering needs (reviews, submittals, field questions) and maintain clear project documentation
- Align work with public works and water utility operations priorities, safety expectations, and compliance requirements
